FAQs
-
Do you cater to all allergens & dietary requirements?
We are able to accommodate gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, nut free & dairy-free diets. While we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, traces of allergens may be present in our dishes due to certain produce/packaged foods being sourced from external suppliers.
-
How long can the food stay out?
Once we finish setting up/ dropping off the grazing selection, we highly recommend consuming the food promptly after our departure to fully savour its freshness. Should you choose to indulge later, we advise doing so within three hours of scheduled starting time.
Please refer to our T & C’s for further information. -
What do I need to do?
Once you fill out the required details & confirm the booking, we request a deposit to lock it in. Following the deposit, the remaining total is to be paid by the due date on the invoice. The last thing we require is the table to be supplied/hired & positioned out of direct sunlight for the preparation process. It is up to the customer to supply napkins, plates, etc. for their guests.
-
Are there any additional fees?
We require a $50- 100 bond (depending on table size) for all grazing boards & props used. The bond will be refunded to your nominated bank account upon return of our items in the same condition they were received.
We have savoury & sweet add ons for an extra cost that you can select from our ‘grazing table’ section.
Travel fee to be determined in the booking stage.
